The Operatives and its Agents -– headed by big don JPS (THE OPERATIVES) and right-hand-man Nam – are an unstoppable and talented force of DJs, producers, singers and songwriters, radio hosts, audio engineers, photographers, videographers, writers and artists who are responsible for Melbourne’s most exciting creative output. From their own musical accomplishments to curating independent labels, compilation series and community radio shows. The Agents have one target: pushing the boundaries of Australia’s music scene, regardless of genre, be it hip-hop, electronic, drum ‘n bass or soul music.

Heavyweight Melbourne based agency celebrating their 10th year in 2015, responsible for repping some of the best DJs going round, hosting their self titled radio show for just under a decade, throwing parties and occasionally touring acts. 100% Phat’s roster includes some of the best in the biz, including Aria Award winner M-PHAZES, 3 x Inpress Writers Poll ‘DJ Of The Year’ DJ Agent 86, 2 x Vic Redbull Thre3style Champion DJ Flagrant – The Business, Man., producer and watermelon enthusiast Tom Showtimeplus DMC Online World Champion DJ I-Dee.
