A true verteran of the drum ‘n bass worlds A SIDES has released over 500 tracks. As prolific as that sounds, it’s his versatily, orginialty in both DJing and producing that have kept him in the game since the 1990′s. Releasing his latest album ‘Based Upon Bass’ early last year, it’s clear Jason Cambridge is showing no signs of slowing down. With artists the likes of Machinedrum, Rockwell and Om Unit intergrating the sound back into the ‘experimental’ scenes last year and A SIDE’s album showed them how it was done with his diverse and different blend of drum ‘n bass. Featuring heavyweight low frequencies, stripped-back and subtle samples, this is one productive producer we’re looking forward to seeing back in Australia!
